Here is a copy of one of my most recent resumes, as it pertains to a job as a tennis instructor.

Kyle,
I have to say I love that picture it shows your personality and enthusiasm. I know you love tennis and you know a lot about it, but as you were talking to us I think you got a bit nervous and from my perspective you doubted yourself a bit. The blog was well thought out. I love the colors and design that you choose it fits you to a T. The title is also very original which always sticks in people’s minds. Good choice putting your tennis speech on there I just with you put the power point up their too. As a little side note when you are going for a teaching job I would put up there some of your interests in History power points, movies, and things like that. On your resume I would but down some of your classes as well to show your interests in teaching that will also help you get the job. Over all the presentation and blog were really good.

Kyle has a fun personality. He added jokes here and there to lighten the mood, but you could tell that he still really wanted the job. Kyle had good volume and eye contact. I feel as though he kept shifting his weight a lot from side to side. Other than that he seemed pretty confident. The blog was professional, but still had his personality show (in the pictures). At times Kyle may have said one or two things during the speech that should be taken out. Such as the kids "not being scared of him when he works at the ice cream place" I would just leave that part out. It made us all laugh, but if you were trying to get a job they might not like that. Overall, it was really great!
